My question is ‘off topic’ but here goes: Why can’t local law enforcement arrest ICE individuals when they are obviously committing ’assault and battery’ against individuals that are simply standing without being aggressive. Why can’t the arrest ICE individuals for throwing gas bombs against them? Hand cuff them and read them their rights!
