How can the Supreme Court make up a new case, loosely related to a specific question, but which has not been brought before them and then insert it into their docket just because they want to, whether ideologically, politically, or diabolically? If Trump declares war on some other country 5 days before the midterms, I believe that he's going to be able to suspend elections.
